It's that time of year again!

It's time to update my blog since it's almost Christmas again :) I just can't seem to keep up with this. Let's see, David is working at Sleepy Ridge Golf Club except it snowed last night, so no hours today. I am teaching still (16 years) at Hobble Creek Elementary. Every year I say that I don't have a favorite student, but this year I must say that I do have a favorite, Nick Strunk. He might not be the easiest, but he is my favorite. It is nice to spend lots of time with him. Nick obviously is in 5th grade and doing well. She starts his baskeball season next month and is looking forward to this. Samantha is in 3rd grade and constantly making new friends. She is our social little Tom Boy. I still can't convince the girl to let me put a bow in her hair. Jake is 4 and going to a preschool down the street. The kid has me in stitches most of the day. He is the reason that I wish I weren't teaching. I hate saying goodbye to him each day, but the return is great. Most days he runs out and gives me a hug before I can even get out of the car. I can't tell you how much I adore my family. They are what gets me up and going each morning.
